From your initial file or reference picture to finished item, getting an individual model made in Somerset is simple.

Submit standard 3D design files including STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP formats, or send clear photos alongside your target measurements.

We assess volume, structure and print orientation, returning a transparent quote within one working day based on material volume.

3. Workshop Production
Once confirmed, your piece is queued on our FDM printers using premium PLA or outdoor-ready PETG in your selected hue.

Each component is cleaned, checked by hand, securely wrapped in protective packaging and dispatched straight to your door.

What can you produce through your 3D printing service?
We fabricate a diverse variety of components, including multi-jointed dragons, articulated Dummy 13 models, mechanical desk widgets, bespoke photo-derived figurines, custom brackets, architectural mock-ups and rapid functional prototypes.
How are custom print prices calculated?
Quotes follow straightforward rates: 15p per cubic centimetre of material plus a £2.50 base charge per part, with a minimum project value of £10. All listed prices are final as we are not VAT registered.
Which digital design formats can I send?
We accept STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP files. If you do not have CAD models, upload reference photographs with target dimensions, and we will advise whether a printable model can be generated.
Which filament types and finishes are available?
We manufacture with tough PLA for interior decorations, desk toys and models, offering flat matt colours, satin silk sheens and stone textures. Weather-resisting PETG is available whenever components need higher heat tolerance or sheltered outdoor resilience.
What is the largest physical size you can fabricate?
A single continuous build can measure up to roughly 25 cm across. Objects extending past those dimensions are produced in carefully arranged sections and joined seamlessly in our workshop.
Are discounts offered for larger batch production?
Yes. We offer stepped volume reductions when manufacturing batches: save 10% on 20 or more units, 15% on 50 or more, and 20% when printing runs of 100 parts or greater.
