Can these signs be used outdoors?
Standard PLA items are intended strictly for indoor environments away from excessive heat. For covered exterior positions such as porticos or under eaves, request our UV-stable PETG material option instead.
How will the sign be installed?
We send every package with heavy-duty double-sided foam adhesive strips, an alignment template and comprehensive instructions. We do not provide an in-person fitting service, but our products are engineered for quick self-installation.
What artwork files do you need?
Clean vector assets generate the sharpest results. Please supply files formatted as SVG, AI, EPS or vector PDF. If you only possess bitmap graphics, submit your best available copy and our team will assess its suitability.
Do I receive a proof?
Yes, we always provide a comprehensive digital proof illustrating dimensions, arrangement and proposed filament shades for approval before production begins, including one revision stage.
How long does production take?
Workshop manufacturing typically spans five to seven business days following final proof acceptance. Nationwide courier transit occurs immediately after that, with complex builds occasionally requiring a little extra time.
