Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us for a quote before ordering.

2. Delivery charges

• Standard tracked UK delivery: £3.99.
• Free tracked UK delivery on orders of £25 or more.
• Mugs: free tracked UK delivery. The delivery cost is included in the mug price.

Any charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Production and dispatch times

• Stock items: dispatched within 2 working days.
• Made-to-order and personalised items (mugs, engraving, portrait figures, 3D printed models): dispatched within the lead time shown on the product page.
• Custom 3D printed signs: usually dispatched 5–7 working days after you approve your digital proof.
• Custom 3D printing and quoted orders: as stated on your quote.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

4. Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also see it in My Account.

5. Delays, lost and damaged parcels

Delivery times are estimates. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the item and packaging, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
