How to get the most from the wall preview.
Does the preview show the exact finished sign?
No – it is a guide to size and placement. Colours, texture and lighting will differ slightly on the real 3D printed sign. Your free digital proof shows the exact layout before anything is made.
How accurate is the size?
The example walls are approximate. For your own wall, take a straight-on photo and measure the space before ordering. Tell us the measurements and we will confirm the size on your proof.
Which logo files can I use?
PNG, JPG or WebP work in the preview; a transparent PNG gives the cleanest result. For production, a vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) is best – keep it ready to send with your order.
What if background removal changes part of my logo?
Check white details and the spaces inside letters. Turn background removal off or try a transparent PNG. The preview never changes your original file, and we work from the file you send us, not the preview.
