Which files work best?
- Best: vector SVG, PDF, AI or EPS
- Fine: PNG or JPG, ideally 300 dpi at print size
- Phone photos in good light are usually OK for photo gifts
- Max 25 MB per file

You receive your proof by email, normally within one working day.

Approve or ask for changes
Approve in one click in My Account, or tell us what to change. One round of changes is free.

Production and tracked dispatch
Once approved we make your order and email the tracking number when it ships.

Where do I find my order number?
It is in your order confirmation email and in My Account > Orders.
My logo is low quality – can you still use it?
Usually yes. We will tell you if it needs redrawing; simple redraws may have a small fee, which we always confirm first.
Can I change my artwork after uploading?
Yes, until you approve the proof. Upload again or reply to the proof email.
Do I need rights to the logo?
Yes – by uploading you confirm you own or have permission to use the logo, photo or design.
