Dye sublimation employs specialist heat-sensitive dyes that penetrate the polyester or polymer coating of blank goods under calibrated pressure. Unlike adhesive vinyl decals or basic surface transfers, the ink fuses directly into the coating so it cannot crack, scratch off or peel over time.

Virtually all high-resolution digital files, vector graphics and camera snapshots translate cleanly into sublimation prints. We assess contrast levels and overall sharpness before moving forward, advising on any layout tweaks during your visual proof stage.

We use standard 11oz brilliant-white ceramic mugs coated in a glossy sublimation glaze. They provide a comfortable handle, ample beverage capacity and an expansive wrap-around canvas suited to panoramic photographs or company emblems.

The sublimation transfer holds up well to domestic dishwashers. Nonetheless, to preserve maximum graphic richness and prevent caustic detergent salts dulling the glossy ceramic surface over several years, gentle hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended.

Yes, we provide tiered pricing structures on bespoke logo and photo mugs. Single units start at £8.00, reducing incrementally down to £4.50 per unit on orders of 100 pieces or higher. Custom tin signs similarly offer volume savings from 25 units upwards.

Our sublimated A4 tin plaques are primarily intended for indoor decoration, covered porches, sheds and home bars. Extended exposure to direct rainwater and unfiltered midday sun will steadily fade dye-sublimation inks, making sheltered areas the best choice.
