Straightforward Mounting
Fastening Without Wet Adhesives or Drills
Mounting your company logo should feel straightforward rather than daunting. Every 3D printed display produced in our North Somerset workshop is tailored for tidy, uncomplicated fitting right out of the parcel.
Where design allows, we fit industrial-grade double-sided foam pads onto the reverse faces of your individual letters beforehand. You will not have to handle messy cartridge adhesives, mix liquid resins, or puncture your drywall with masonry drills. Simply uncover the adhesive liner, align precisely against the wall, and secure your signage firmly.
- Industrial foam bonding pads pre-attached to most shapes
- Zero requirement for wall plugs, screws or liquid glues
- Tidy installation taking only minutes on flat interior walls
Precision Alignment
Full-Size Layout Stencils for Accurate Lettering
To guarantee pristine horizontal positioning and exact kerning across spaced text, every order includes a full-scale paper or card layout guide alongside printed documentation. Using this outline eliminates all guesswork regarding character spacing and elevation.
Grab a standard spirit level and some low-tack masking tape to align your stencil against the partition. Once levelled, press each 3D printed element through the cutouts and hold steadily for thirty seconds to activate the pressure-sensitive bonding layer.
Note that fresh emulsion requires two to four weeks of thorough drying before attaching adhesive pads, while heavily textured plasterwork may call for specialist silicone tack.
- Included 1:1 stencil prevents crooked or uneven letters
- Printed quick-reference sheet packed inside every parcel
- Consistent bond achieved with 30 seconds of firm pressure

Step-by-Step Overview
3D Wall Sign Simple Setup
Follow three uncomplicated stages to transfer your individual printed lettering straight from the parcel onto your reception wall.
1
Prep the Wall and Fasten the Stencil
Wipe down the chosen surface using isopropyl alcohol to eliminate airborne grease or dust. Place your full-scale paper layout stencil against the plaster, adjust with a spirit level until completely true, and fix temporarily with decorator tape.
2
Expose the Foam Pads and Position Letters
Peel the protective release backing from the high-tack foam squares seated behind each 3D component. Carefully register each printed part inside its matching aperture on the layout sheet, lightly tacking it onto the wall.
3
Apply Firm Pressure and Peel the Sheet Away
Exert consistent, firm hand pressure over the face of every letter for thirty continuous seconds. Carefully untape and ease away the paper template to reveal a crisp, three-dimensional brand display.
